Registration Information

Foreign national participants (this includes holders of green cards) must register by 21 February. We ask that U.S. citizens please register by 20 March.

Please be aware that the maximum capacity in our main conference room is 110 people. We are not able to go above this number so please register early.

Registration fees are waived for students and post-docs as is the cost of dinner at The Meliora (see AGENDA tab).* The registration covers the continental breakfast each of the three mornings (including registration morning, 29 April), all coffee/snack breaks, and lunches each day. The registration fee for all other participants is $120, plus, if desired, $35 for the dinner (and $35 for any guest). We do hope you will be able to attend the banquet, as it has proved to be both enjoyable and memorable. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, and Discover, or checks (made payable to the University of Rochester).

All foreign national attendees must be processed in the U.S. Department of Energy Foreign National Visit and Assignment database. We must have 60 days in which to process your visit request.
